Is E 6000 Glue Bad for the Environment?

Ruby Martis: The solvent in E 6000 is Perchloroethylene which, if used in high enough quantities isn't exactly environment friendly. However, the amount you are using shouldn't be any more harmful than rubber cement or airplane glue. Look at e-6000.com.

Clark Lachowski: If I knew the answer, why would I be asking the same question!

Michelle Sohre: Super glue is best or Tarzan's Grip Glue (if it's available in your country). I'd suggest a site but I'm not sure if the link will work, or if it is appropriate for the Question asked.
