do they sell used cars in dealerships ?

Norine Lomonte: If your uncle works there, why don't you ask him?Of course they sell used Chevy's at a Chevy dealer.

Marylee Lucks: Most new-car dealers also sell used cars too. However, they make more profit on used cars than new cars, so your uncle has a better chance of getting you a good deal on a used Camaro ..... if they have one on the lot.Geez, please use capitalization and sentences and punctuation in your questions -- it would make your questions much easier to read, and you'll get more responses....Show more

Inge Mclaurine: ALVARO,It depends on the dealership, most do have a used car lot, usually attached to the new car lot.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.Happy shopping! LouisGM Customer Service...Show more

Cliff Jacoby: Of course they do. If they took a used on on trade they will usually clean it up and sell it.

Alexandria Popik: Used-car dealers provide an important secondary market for auto sales ! by offering consumers an alternative to purchasing a new vehicle.

Arnette Dominici: As most of the others have stated, you can indeed find pre-owned vehicles at new vehicle dealerships. Just a couple of tips: 1) Be sure to do a 'background check' on any vehicle before you purchase it (CarFax, etc.) because pre-owned vehicles aren't always customer trades. Sometimes they come from auctions and other sources. That doesn't make them bad, but it still pays to check their histories. 2) It is NOT always better to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from a private party rather than a dealer. Reputable, franchised new vehicle dealers will not sell a vehicle that puts their reputations in jeopardy. 3) Do your research. Check out vehicle reviews on Edmunds.com or kbb.com, and Google the dealer before you buy anything...yes, even if your uncle works there. If they consistently treat their customers poorly, they're probably not going to make an exception with you. Sorry, Unc, but it's ! good advice. 4) Buy a service agreement. Vehicles are machiner! y and electronics, and even the most reputable seller can't always anticipate problems, so protect yourself. And good luck!...Show more

Carmina Stickney: only if someone traded one in..Buying used from a dealership is always a bad deal..they mark them up too much..buy from a private person
