They partner with companies in the US, as all Canadian and US policies are good in all provinces and states.Likely they would have had an adjuster look at your car to have the report for their records, and, if you were having the repairs done at home, forwarded the report to your insurance company.It is your insurance company in the US that would arrange to have the car repaired, and for ICBC (I presume it was a BC-registered driver you were in collision with) to cover the repairs.You have made it more difficult unfortunately. However, I believe ICBC will arrange with your insurance company to have a qualified adjuster do a report. Kris Otuafi: I'd recommend the Civic. Less maintenance and headaches with spaced out payments. Acura's are nicer cars but given the amount of mileage, you want a car that lasts you sometime.
