Shawnna Kusky: NO DO NOT CONDITION if you really bleached it just rinse, and towel dry really well, don't worry about the tangles, put on the toner, let sit, then rinse shampoo and condition because the conditioner helps to seal the cuticle and if you're toning red use cool water
Wilbur Marksberry: You need to shampoo after bleach preferrably with a Shimmering Lights shampoo and allow it to sit for 15 minutes,rise then tone and leave in for 15 minutes under plastic bag/cap. After youve done all of that condition twice....scalp to ends with cold water.
