how we can improve the qquality of student life by creating a student union building only for recreation?

Mack Ukich: It gives the students somewhere to go to congregate when they are not studying. This should make the dorms a better place to study. It also gives the residents a place to go on campus instead of traveling off campus just for a little recreation.
